Key Responsibilities
A. Financial Management
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial software
- Prepare monthly financial reports, payroll, and reconciliations
- Manage fund flow and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure compliance with national laws and organizational policies
- Support audits and financial monitoring
- Assist in budgeting and proposal development
B. Administrative Management
- Manage office operations, utilities, and supplies
- Maintain administrative documents, contracts, and attendance
- Implement internal systems and procedures
C. Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain records of office assets
- Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and tracking
- Conduct physical verification and prepare inventory reports
D. Procurement & Coordination
- Support procurement processes and vendor management
- Maintain records of goods and services
- Assist in recruitment coordination and staff documentation
- Track training programs and workshops
E. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure financial transactions follow regulations
- Support internal audits and compliance checks
- Assist in donor reporting requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet one of the following:
✔ Option 1:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/admin (development sector preferred)
✔ Option 2:
- Master’s degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience
Required Skills
- Strong financial and administrative management skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
- Fluency in English and Nepali
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Valid two-wheeler driving license
