Key Responsibilities

A. Financial Management

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and financial software
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, payroll, and reconciliations
  • Manage fund flow and ensure proper documentation
  • Ensure compliance with national laws and organizational policies
  • Support audits and financial monitoring
  • Assist in budgeting and proposal development


B. Administrative Management

  • Manage office operations, utilities, and supplies
  • Maintain administrative documents, contracts, and attendance
  • Implement internal systems and procedures

C. Asset & Inventory Management

  • Maintain records of office assets
  • Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and tracking
  • Conduct physical verification and prepare inventory reports


D. Procurement & Coordination

  • Support procurement processes and vendor management
  • Maintain records of goods and services
  • Assist in recruitment coordination and staff documentation
  • Track training programs and workshops


E. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure financial transactions follow regulations
  • Support internal audits and compliance checks
  • Assist in donor reporting requirements


Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet one of the following:

✔ Option 1:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/admin (development sector preferred)

✔ Option 2:

  • Master’s degree in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience


Required Skills

  • Strong financial and administrative management skills
  • Good communication and coordination ability
  • Fluency in English and Nepali
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license
