About the Organization

1. Agro-Ecology Officer (Dolpa)
Job Details
- Location: Dolpa
- Level: Mid-Level
- Start Date: April 1, 2026
- Contract: 9 months (extendable)
Key Responsibilities
- Support agroecological activities like:
- Kitchen gardening
- Nursery management
- Fruit and fodder promotion
- Provide technical support to field teams
- Conduct community-level programs and meetings
- Promote sustainable farming and local economic systems
- Coordinate with local governments and stakeholders
- Conduct regular field visits for monitoring and mentoring
- Document case studies and project outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of rural development and agroecology
- Ability to work in remote areas
2. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (Kathmandu)
Job Details
- Location: Kathmandu
- Level: Mid-Level
- Start Date: April 1, 2026
- Contract: 9 months (extendable)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage M&E frameworks and tools
- Track project progress and maintain databases
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting compliance
- Conduct field monitoring visits
- Document success stories and lessons learned
- Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams
- Support reporting and program evaluation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in M&E or program management
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Familiarity with donor reporting systems
