Job Summary
The Project Facilitator will support programs focused on:
- Rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities
- Support for individuals affected by leprosy
- Community empowerment and coordination
The role involves working closely with:
- Municipality-level committees
- Self-Help Groups (SHGs)
- Disabled Persons Organizations (DPOs)
This is a field-based role requiring strong community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support formation of Disability Coordination Committees
- Strengthen Self-Help Groups and Disabled Persons Organizations
- Conduct training and awareness programs
- Work with health workers and community volunteers
- Ensure smooth implementation of project activities
- Support project officers in coordination and reporting
Required Qualifications
Education:

Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) in Social Science
👉 OR - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in NGO/INGO sector
- Clinical or health-related experience (preferred)
Required Skills
- Strong facilitation and training skills
- Knowledge of disability and inclusion (preferred)
- Good reporting and planning ability
- Fluency in Nepali and Abadhi language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Teamwork and community engagement ability
