Job Summary

The Social Mobilizer will be responsible for implementing field-level activities under the Ensuring Safe Migration and Promoting Sustainable Local Reintegration (ESMPSLR) Phase-II Project.

The role involves:

• Community engagement
• Awareness campaigns on safe migration
• Supporting returnee migrants and families
• Coordination with local stakeholders

This is a field-intensive job requiring regular travel to rural communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement project activities at ward and community level
• Conduct regular field visits and community meetings
• Collect, maintain, and report field data
• Raise awareness on safe migration practices
• Support migrants and returnee families
• Coordinate with local government and stakeholders
• Ensure effective and sustainable project outcomes

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Minimum +2 (Intermediate level) in any discipline

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in:
  • Community work
  • Volunteering
  • Social mobilization

Required Skills
