Possible Vacancy Announcement for Data Manager 2025

About Vacancy:

Position: Data Manager

Location: Kathmandu

About Organization:

Possible is a collaborative organization that develops and tests innovative solutions to improve health in Nepal by responding directly to local needs, while contributing to the broader fields of global health research, practice, and policy. It is a partnership between an independent Nepal-based non-governmental organization and a US-based non-profit organization.

Possible envisions a world where everyone, everywhere has access to high-quality healthcare grounded in evidence, inclusion, and equity. To achieve this, the organization conducts rigorous, collaborative research and innovation to address gaps in evidence, implementation, and policy related to healthcare quality, accessibility, and equity.

Possible prioritizes the development and implementation of interventions that lead to real improvements in health outcomes, rather than focusing solely on academic outputs. The organization works closely with community-based organizations, and public and private academic and research institutions to apply evidence-based solutions to Nepal’s healthcare challenges.

For over 16 years, Possible has been a leader in healthcare innovation in Nepal, conducting implementation research in partnership with leading international institutions, including Harvard Medical School, the University of California San Francisco, Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, and the University of Washington
