Key Responsibilities
School Support and Programme Implementation
- Conduct regular visits to assigned schools and maintain strong relationships with school leaders, teachers, and stakeholders.
- Support schools in implementing UWS Nepal education programmes and activities.
- Assist schools in effectively using educational resources, learning materials, and programme tools.
- Identify implementation challenges and report them to the District Lead for timely support.
- Support assessments, training sessions, educational campaigns, school events, and other programme activities.
Data Collection, Documentation and Reporting
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate school-level data, including enrollment, attendance, assessments, training records, and meeting documentation.
- Maintain records of school visits, observations, and stakeholder interactions.
- Support schools in preparing required reports and documentation.
- Submit timely reports to the District Lead.
- Ensure confidential handling of student and school information.
Teacher and School Capacity Support
- Facilitate communication between schools, teachers, and the District Lead.
- Support classroom observation and follow-up activities.
- Encourage teacher participation in professional development programmes.
- Share educational resources and guidance with teachers as directed.
Community Engagement and Coordination
- Coordinate regularly with School Management Committees (SMCs), Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs), Mothers' Groups, Child Clubs, School Retention Teams, and community stakeholders.
- Promote stronger parental and community involvement in education.
- Follow up with families of students facing attendance or participation challenges.
Child Protection and Inclusive Education
- Promote UWS Nepal's Child Protection, Safeguarding, and Inclusion policies.
- Report safeguarding concerns through organizational procedures.
- Support referrals for children requiring additional protection or support services.
- Maintain confidentiality in safeguarding-related documentation.
- Encourage inclusive education practices that support children regardless of gender, disability, ethnicity, language, or socio-economic background.
Coordination and Other Duties
- Participate in meetings, planning workshops, training sessions, and review meetings.
- Build positive relationships with local government officials and education stakeholders.
- Perform additional education-related responsibilities assigned by the District Lead.
Required Qualifications

- Intermediate (+2) or equivalent in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience working with schools, communities, educational projects, or development programmes.
