About Organization:
Center for Research and Sustainable Development Nepal (CREASION) is a not-for-profit organization that was established in 2005. Since it was founded, CREASION has been a leader in environmental protection in Nepal through recycling, research, emergency response, grassroots and circular economy related interventions. CREASION also houses innovative, impact-based projects as well as a learning center for youth. CREASION’s work is majorly centered around four thematic areas; Environment and Sustainability, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Youth and Volunteerism.
About Position:
As an Admin Intern, you will assist with the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. Working under the guidance of senior staff, you will support smooth office functioning through clerical duties, correspondence, logistics coordination, office maintenance, and other general administrative tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in office administration, strengthen organizational and communication skills, and understand the core administrative and operational processes of an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, including maintaining records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Support the team in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
2. Data Management
- Organize, enter, and maintain data related to ongoing projects and office operations.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
3. Logistics Coordination
- Support the management of office supplies and maintain inventory records.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for meetings, trainings, and other events.
4. Program Support
- Work closely with different teams to provide administrative support to ongoing projects.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other required documents.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
- Support communication and coordination with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background
- Undergraduate students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
